The
reservations system specializes PM2000 for the hospitality industry
by allows for short term rentals and the reservations of particular
units in advance.
The easy to use
reservations screen automatically brings up available units based on
the arrival and departure dates entered. Customers can then specify
the type of room they prefer and users can provide specific rate
information based on that selection. Once the custom has accepted,
a reservation number is issued and the customer can be setup in the
system on the fly. Confirmations can then be printed and the
reservation updated.
Integrating
with the PC Charge module of MAS 90, credit card charges can be
processed through reservations at the time of check in.
