Service Work Order Entry allows managers to enter all service request information quickly with the tenant on the line.  For scheduled maintenance jobs, the details tab can be used to budget labor and materials for the work order.

Using a billing system integrated with Accounts Receivable, managers can easily bill tenants or owners for maintenance completed.

Because the Service Work Order system integrates with PM2000, maintenance work can be tracked by Property, Unit or Tenant.
