Property Listing
The Property Listing allows users to view the Properties entered into the system including Address information, Number of Units on file, Number of Vacancies, and Period to Date, Year to Date, and Last Year's Accrued Income and Expenses, Cash Received and Paid, and Reimbursement Expenses.

Unit Listing
The Unit Listing allows users to view the active Units of a Property, it's Current and Future Tenant, and Square Footage information.

Lease Abstract
The Lease Abstract Report allows users to review the leases for individual Tenants quickly and easily. Charges on active billing are ennumerated with their Charge Code and Amount. Rent per Square Foot information made available along with the most recent rent rate change types and amount.

Lease Expiration
The Lease Expiration Report is a quick reference report that allows managers review leases soon to expire. Rent and Rent per Square Foot information is available along with the total of deposits held.

Transacton History
The Transaction History Report allows users to view the completed transactions for a Property, Tenant, or all of both. Transactions can be selected to from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Transactions, Manual Checks, or Cash Receipts. CAM and Reimbursement Billings can also be selected for this report.

The Vacancy Report offers a quick reference to all available Units on a Property.

Detailed Rent Roll
The Detailed Rent Roll Report lists each Tenant along with their Monthly Rent Due, Deposits Held and Outstanding Charges, and the scheduled Date of Increase if one has been setup.

Summary Rent Roll
The Summarized Rent Roll Report gives a quick reference by Property of Current Tenants, Actual and Potenatial Rent, Rent per Square Foot, Outstanding Deposits, and Lease Expiration dates.

Lease Deposit
The Lease Deposit Report ennumerates all of a Tenant's Deposits Held by Transaction Code. Each amount is listed, and totaled for each Unit.
